With ICMA-RC you have 24/7 access to your account, either online through Account Access or over the phone via VantageLine, our automated telephone service available at 800-669-7400.

Using these systems, you'll be able to review current details about your account, make changes to your investments, update your personal information, and more.

Getting Started Online

You can manage your account through Account Access using any browser, anywhere, anytime.

To get started:

1. Create an initial User ID and Password
2. Fill out the online form with required information and submit.
3. Select a user ID and password, choose a security image, answer three security questions, and submit.

When you're ready to log into your account, use your newly created user ID and password. That's all there is to it!
