On-Site Educational Services

In-person education is one of the most effective types of education for participants and while all of our interactions are designed to provide a similar experience, we place a particular emphasis on face-to-face interactions through visits to employer worksites.

On-site education is delivered by our licensed representatives:

• Retirement Plans Specialists are participants' primary contact for all plan-specific issues and help educate participants about the products and services we offer.
• Financial Planning Managers, all of whom hold the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® designation, help participants plan their overall financial future.

Both are available for:

• Group meetings, including presentations, discussions, and in the case of the Financial Planning Managers, hands-on workshops.
• Individual consultations allow participants to meet one-on-one to review their specific circumstances.

For both group and individual meetings, the retirement plans specialists tend to focus more on retirement planning basics and how MissionSquare Retirement's product and service offerings can help participants meet their retirement goals. Our financial planning managers' focus is generally more comprehensive in scope and covers participants' overall financial wellness.
